Pre-Order Policy

We offer the opportunity to pre-order certain back-ordered or limited edition styles that are not currently in stock.  By placing a pre-order with KOKKO you will ensure that the item with your size will be surely in stock and does not sell out. 

In order to place a pre-order, prepayment of half price for the item(s) as deposit is required in the same manner we process payments for in-stock items.

The final retail price may change because of the fluctuation of exchange rate, but the price will not float over 10% with the planned price.

Note that you can not cancel your pre-order for a full refund, and your payment for pre-order can not be converted into the KOKKO credits to purchase other items in store and online. 

Only if the brand cancel our order and this item be not in stock when the estimated shipping date is surpassed, you will be notified by email and given the option to cancel the pre-order for full refund.
